Born in the region of Marche, in recent years he's been developing the concept of "scientific cuisine", applied to research and promotion of traditional Italian pasta; his approach consists in standardization and balancing of pastas, sauces cooking and stocks.
The hallmarks of his training and professional path are his versatility and solid experience in cuisine and pastry, with deep knowledge of different roles as Executive chef, Trainer and R&D manager
