I was born in France in 1968, from Italian parents from Calabria. The love for my origins has always been with me along my career.
My travel starts in France, through England, Japan, Malaysia and Thailand. I reached Ravello and the Hotel Palazzo Sasso, at Rossellinis restaurant, where I got my first Michelin star.
From Ravello to Rome it is a short step, in 2003 my adventure in the Eternal city begins, my creation takes shape… Il Pagliaccio.
